Research has shown us that with the current demand & delays within the NDIS organisation, Care & SDA providers don’t yet have an open line to each other.
We’d like to engage in open conversation into how we can streamline the process and work together.

Horizon SDA is custom building “Fully Accessible” Housing for all qualified NDIS Participants. Our goal is to get Disabled People out of aged care & rest homes and into appropriate, modern housing. This will give participants the chance to take some control of their situation.
We are serious about spreading the word about Specialised Disability Accommodation, and helping you, as a provider, offer a life changing opportunity to your participants.
